“Get Some Cool Junk” Contest!

Announcing the “Get Some Cool Junk” Contest, Binary Solo’s first contest. The rules are simple. The prize is special.

Have you ever wanted to see your character in a video game? Well this is your chance. Binary Solo is giving people the chance to see their imagination come to life. The rules are simple:

1. Draw some characters, as many characters as you like. If you have one thousand ideas then draw, sketch, sculpt, or model them. The character should be well designed, cool, but an average person. Someone who would stand out in today’s society, but not somebody you wouldn’t see on the street. Realistic proportions preferred.
2. Send these drawings to contests@binarysolo.com by April 15th, 2009.
3. Binary Solo will choose the winner. All submissions will be considered based on the aforementioned criteria.

That’s cool and all, but you want to know what you win, right?

Junk!

That’s right, junk! Well, that and seeing your character in a game! There will be four winners announced. First place gets the most junk, second place the second most, third place a bit less, and fourth place gets the least junk.

But why would you want it? Well, because junk isn’t all literally junk. There’s really cool junk, some odd junk, rare junk, and awesome junk. For example, there is a nice chess set, an action figure, and T-shirts. But there are also pens, mints, and stickers.

So get drawing!
